Thomas is a certified hotel administrator and industry analyst. In his 30-year career, he worked at Wyndham, BW Signature, Best Western, Sheraton, Comfort Inn, Super 8, and five other independent properties.

Jenny has been in the hotel industry for over ten years. She is a guest service trainer and holds GM certification through Choice Hotels.
